 There is Yoshino Prum Groves at "a back room of Tokyo" and the entrance of said Tama- Chichibu-Kai National Park from the Tokyo downtown area for about 90 minutes. Yoshino Prum Groves is surrounded by mountain stream of the Tama River and nature of Mt. Hinde range origin. When spring comes, by East-West 4km, include the old tree of 300 years old, and a plum of about 25,000 can hit a red-and-white flower. Great writer / Eiji Yoshikawa who is a honorary citizen of Ome-shi.
"The Shin-Heike-Story" was written in this ground from 1950.
Eiji Yoshikawa names the residence which was a village headman mansion "Shisoudou" by oneself , and his Study is left in a state as is.
The Memorial exhibits manuscript, writing, painting and calligraphic work, letter about 300 points. |
